By sourcing directly from manufacturers in China, we built relationships with trusted factories and logistics partners and learned how these products are truly made and distributed. Along the way we noticed something frustrating. Many of the same products were being sold online at extreme markups, sometimes with lower quality or misleading listings. Too often customers were left disappointed, and we felt there had to be a better way.
