Ship it back with your free label
We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label. No printing fees, no surprise costs — it's on us.
Refund issued
Once we receive and inspect your item, your refund is processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
We accept returns for

- ✓Wrong item sent
- ✓Item arrived damaged or defective
- ✓Missing item from order
- ✓Any fulfillment error on our end
- ✓Item lost by carrier
May be limited or denied
- ✕Wrong item ordered by customer
- ✕Incorrect address at checkout
- ✕Package delivered but not received
- ✕No return form submitted
- ✕Item worn, damaged, or altered
Refund processing
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Please allow up to 7 additional business days for it to appear on your statement. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Store credit is not offered at this time.
Final sale items
Clearance and final sale items are not eligible for return or refund. These will be clearly marked on the product page and at checkout.
Return address
Please do not return items to the address on your package. Once your return is approved, we'll email you a prepaid label and the correct return address. Be sure to check the email associated with your order for any updates.
